How To Avoid The Bloat & Maintain a Flat Belly

Do you ever worry about what foods you should eat before wearing a bikini or a really fitted dress? Well your worries will stop here. I’ve come up with a perfect list of do’s and don’ts to avoid that uncomfortable pop-up muffin top.

  • Don’t go for salty foods or anything that may have a lot of fiber. These are the two biggest bloat triggers
  • Do have something that’s protein based, like a grilled chicken salad, shrimp or tuna. However, avoid broccoli and cabbage; these guys are prone to make you gassy.
  • Don’t drink soda or anything carbonated. They will only make your belly puffy.
  • Never use a straw; you’ll take in excess air with every sip, expanding your stomach for no real reason.
  • Do have a glass of wine or vodka based cocktails.

Personally, iced green tea is the absolute best thing you can drink before fitting into any outfit. It holds a tremendous amount of antioxidants and it will flush all the unwanted elements out of your body in less than 12 hrs. Follow these steps to look and feel flatter.
